 Fire Incident Reports

If you've been involved in a Fire Department Incident in the Township of Allendale and would like to obtain a copy of that report, you may do so in person or by mail.

You may obtain a copy of your fire incident report Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at the Allendale Township Hall. Please call our Fire Department Office first (616) 895-6295 ext.30 to make sure your report is ready.

You may request a copy of your fire incident report by mail. Please include:

Payment ($1.00) per page

Self-Addressed stamped envelope

 

Reports will be returned to you by mail within a week or sooner. Fire incident reports are $1.00 per page. An incident report generally is 5 – 6 pages. A report for large incidents may be more. Please call ahead to get an estimate on the cost.
